James Millar

Co-Founder I Director

James graduated from Central St Martins with a BA in Theatre: Design for Performance. He started his career as a carpenter and set-builder for the theatre industry, quickly transitioning to specialising in Museum & Heritage fit-outs and leading teams through fabrication phases of projects. Over a 16-year career, James has honed an in-depth knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and tooling, which he draws upon to ensure the successful delivery of even the most demanding fabrication challenges.

James has worked with many of the country's leading Museum & Heritage organisations, as well as prestigious theaters such as The Royal Opera House and The National Theatre.

Key recent projects include "Inspiring People" at the National Portrait Gallery, "Courtauld Connects" at The Courtauld Gallery, "Fantastic Beasts" at the Natural History Museum, and "Troy: Myth & Reality" at the British Museum.

Sarah Marshall

Co-Founder I Director

Sarah's career spans 15 years, specialising in the delivery of fit-out projects for Museum & Heritage clients. With a background in technical draughting and strong creative skills acquired through arts training, Sarah leads teams to identify the best construction approaches for complex projects and excels in creating elegant solutions to technical challenges found within client briefs.

Throughout her career, Sarah has worked for Museum Institutions, Design Practices, and Specialist Fabricators, bringing this unique blend of experience to every project she undertakes.

Sarah has played a key role in the delivery of recent projects such as London Science City and the Technicians Gallery at the Science Museum, as well as commercial fit-outs for clients such as Asprey, WeWork, and One America Square.

Toby Albrow

Co-Founder

Toby brings 15 years of industry experience. Starting as a fabricator in a workshop setting, he quickly advanced into management positions, deploying his skills, expertise, and problem-solving abilities to tackle multimillion-pound projects for some of the most prestigious Museum & Heritage institutions.

Notable recent projects that Toby has steered through installation include The Amelia Scott in Tunbridge Wells, the Museum of Land Speed in Pendine, and the refurbishment of the Young V&A in Bethnal Green.
